We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that boards must be unmounted and apparel must have all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused products in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
