Where does Bataleon ship to within the EU?
We ship to all countries within the European Union. Standard shipping is typically handled within 2-5 business days depending on your specific location.
What is your return policy for snowboards and bindings?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure that the factory plastic wrap is still on the board to be eligible for a full refund.
How do I choose the right board size and 3BT™ profile?
Each product page features a detailed size chart based on weight and boot size. For 3BT™ (Triple Base Technology) advice, we recommend checking our 'Find Your Ride' guide to match a profile to your riding style.
Do Bataleon snowboards come with a warranty?
Yes, all our snowboards come with a limited 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you register your board online within 2 months of purchase, we extend this to a 3-year warranty.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and region-specific options like Klarna and iDEAL.
Are the boards pre-waxed and ready to ride?
Every Bataleon board comes factory waxed and with detuned edges, meaning you can take it straight from the box to the mountain. However, for optimal performance, we recommend a hot wax after your first few days of riding.
